Consumer goods maker Supreme has announced the acquisition of British e-cigarette maker Liberty Flights in a deal that could be worth close to £15 million.
Supreme has agreed to acquire Liberty Flights Holdings Limited, known for its Liberty Flights e-cigarette brand and Dot Pro devices,media reported.
According to public information, Liberty Flights was established in 2010, focusing on high-quality e-liquid and high-quality e-cigarette equipment, while distributing a large number of global third-party e-liquid brands. Liberty Flights generated revenue of around £9m and EBITDA of £1.5m for the year ended 31 January 2021.
Liberty Flights is expected to operate as a separate entity for the first 12 months before being fully integrated into Supreme..
